JUDGMENT:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the appellants. Learned counsel for the respondent is present.
On 27.10.2022 also, both the counsel are absent and therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today, there is no representation for the appellants. Therefore, this Court is of the considered view that the appellant is not interested to pursue the litigation.
Hence, the Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
