JUDGMENT:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the appellant.
On 10.06.2022, notice was ordered to the appellant to appear before the Court but he has not turned up even on 10.10.2022. On 15.11.2022, learned counsel for the respondent is present. Learned counsel for the appellant is absent and therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also, there is no representation for the appellant. Therefore, this Court is of the considered view that the appellant is not interested to pursue the litigation.
Hence, the Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
