     ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed against the judgment dated 08.11. 2019 passed in Criminal M.P.No.673 of 2019 in M.C.No.14 of 2019 on the file of the Principal Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kodad.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 29.10.2022, there was no representation by learned counsel for petitioner. The matter was posted to 28.11.2022 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also, though the matter is posted under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation by learned counsel for petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondent No.2 to 4.

3. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for default, confirming the judgment dated 08.11. 2019 passed in Criminal M.P.No.673 of 2019 in M.C.No.14 of 2019 on the file of the Principal Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kodad by granting interim maintenance of Rs.15,000/- to the respondent Nos.2 to 4 (Rs.5000/- each to them ) from the date of filing of the petition.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending shall stand closed.
