ORDER:
This petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short the 'Cr.P.C'), has been filed by the appellant/Accused against the judgment dated 16.05.2013 passed in SC.No.751 of 2012 on the file of II Additional Sessions Judge, Cyberabad, Rangareddy District.
The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant is not interested to prosecute the appeal, as he has already undergone the sentence.
Accordingly, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
