Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the
circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be
pleased to issue a Writ or Order or Direction, more particularly one in the
nature of Writ of Certiorari calling for records relating to the orders in O.A.No.
8043/2011 order dt. 30.04.2013 on the file of Andhra Pradesh Administrative
Tribunal, Hyderabad and set aside the same as being arbitrary, untenable,
absurd and contrary to the judgment in 2006 (4) SCC 1 of the Hon'ble
Supreme Court.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the
affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri D. Bhaskar
Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioner and G.P. for Municipal Administration for
Respondent Nos.6 & 7, the Court made the following
ORDER:
There shall be interim stay only to the extent of arrears from last three years.
However, it is made clear that the 1st respondent is entitled to pay from the date of the order passed by the Tribunal in the minimum of time scale.
