ORDER:
1. This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents for not considering the case of the petitioner for appointment to the post of the Secondary Grade Teacher as per the petitioner's merit in pursuance of the notification dated 06.12.2008, though the petitioner is selected and the petitioner is in selection zone in Siddipet is illegal and to direct the respondents to consider his case by extending the benefit by following the Division Bench Judgment of this Hon'ble Court in Writ petition No.18686 of 2008, 17340 of 2013 and 25683 of 2015 dated 27.09.2022.
2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner draws the attention of this Court to the order passed by this Hon'ble Division Bench Judgment of this Hon'ble Court in Writ petition No.18686 of 2008, 17340 of 2013 and 25683 of 2015 dated 27.09.2022 and submits that the case of the 2 petitioner also stands on same footing and therefore seeks this Court's intervention to grant same relief.
3. On the other hand, learned Government Pleader of Services-I submits that the order passed in the above said writ petitions are pertaining to those writ petitioners only and the said orders are not applicable in general to all the candidates and also submits that in absence of any representation, the respondents are handicapped in considering the case of the writ petitioner.
4. This Court after considering the submissions made by the counsels direct the writ petitioner to make a representation to the respondents with relevant documents along with the orders of the said writ petitions within two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of the order of this court and on receipt of such representation, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the writ petitioner in accordance with law within four (4) weeks.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

6. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall also stand disposed of.
