This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed in the year 2019 and for the last two hearings, it is being listed under the caption for 'final hearing'. Appellants are not evincing any interest. Today also there is no representation till 04.00pm. In such circumstances of the case, I do not find any merit to adjourn the matter in the absence of proper representation on behalf of the appellants. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for default for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stands closed. In the circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to the costs.
