2. I.A.No.1 of 2022 is filed by the petitioner seeking the permission of this Court to withdraw the present Appeal Suit in terms of the Award dated 29.06.2022 in Lok Adalat Case No.2773 of 2022 passed by the Lok Adalat Bench at Karimnagar.

3. Permission as sought for is accorded.

4. Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2022 is allowed; the Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
