JUDGMENT:
1. Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for the respondents.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the appellant died and four years lapsed since his death. Inspite of his best efforts to take steps, there was no response from the legal representatives of the appellant.
3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the appellant, the City Civil Court Appeal is dismissed as abated.
4. In the result, City Civil Court Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
