JUDGMENT:
Perused the award dated 26.06.2022 passed by the Lok Adalat convened by the High Court Legal Services Committee. As per the terms of compromise in the award, the appellant/Insurance Company has agreed to withdraw the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. Therefore, in terms of the award dated 26.06.2022, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stands closed. In the circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to the costs.
