CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1863 OF 2007
ORDER:
This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner/accused aggrieved by the Judgment and Sentence passed by the IV Additional Sessions Judge, FTC, Khammam in Crl.A.No.37 of 2007 dt.03.12.2007, whereby the learned Sessions Judge confirmed the order in C.C.No.526 of 2005, dt.02.03.2007 passed by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court, Khammam.
2. Heard and perused the record.
3. During the course of arguments, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the revision petitioner i.e. Bukya Lingya, S/o.Shankaram, died on 21.04.2008 and he also produced copy of the Death Certificate of the revision petitioner dated 05.06.2008.
4. In the light of the Death Certificate of the revision petitioner dated 05.06.2008, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated.
Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
