In view of the death of the counsel representing the appellant, notice was issued to the appellant on 14.06.2022 either to engage a counsel of his choice or to appear personally before this Court. Having received the notice, so far, the appellant did not take any steps nor appeared before this Court. It shows that the appellant is not interested to prosecute the appeal.
Hence, the appeal stands dismissed for default. No order as to costs.
