JUDGMENT:
This appeal is filed by the appellant-Shriram General Insurance Company Limited against the respondents seeking to set aside the Order dated 27.06.2014 passed in W.C.No.63/2012 by learned Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation and Assistant Commissioner of Labour-II At Hyderabad, wherein, the Court below granted compensation of Rs.4,56,919/- in favour of respondent/claimant.
2. Heard. Perused the record.
3. At request of learned counsel for the parties, on 12.03.2022, the matter was settled before the Lok Adalat and an Award was passed to that effect.
4. In view of the above said Award, the appeal is disposed of. Registry is directed to enclose a copy of the Award, dated 12.03.2022 passed by the Lok Adalat to this Judgment.
