JUDGMENT:
Perused the award dated 13.08.2022 passed by the Lok Adalat convened by the High Court Legal Services Committee, wherein the matter is settled in terms of compromise. As per the terms of compromise, the Insurance Company has agreed to withdraw the appeal. Having regard to the terms of compromise, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stands closed. In the circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to the costs.
