CITY CIVIL COURT APPEAL No.84 of 2015
JUDGMENT:
1. Heard learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for the respondents.
2. During the pendency of the appeal both the parties have entered to compromise. The Memo dated 18.11.2022 pertaining to the terms of compromise is placed on record.
3. Both the parties are present before this Court and their identity is verified. The parties confirmed the terms of Memorandum of compromise placed on record.
4. Hence, the City Civil Court Appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise and consequently the impugned judgment dated 17.10.2014 in O.S.No.1797 of 2009 on the file of the Court of learned Additional Judge-cum-VI Senior Civil Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad shall be read along with the Memorandum of terms of compromise. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
