JUDGMENT:
Heard. Perused the record. This matter is settled on 13.08.2022 before Lok Adalat convened by High Court Legal Services Committee. As per the terms of award, the Insurance Company has agreed to withdraw the appeal filed by it against E.C.No.141 of 2016. Accordingly, in terms of the award dated 13.08.2022, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stands closed. In the circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to the costs.
