JUDGMENT:
Heard. Perused the award dated 13.08.2022 passed by the Lok Adalat convened by High Court Legal Services Committee. As per the terms of award, the appellant/Insurance Company has agreed to withdraw the CMA No.542 of 2017 referred against W.C.No.5 of 2014. Therefore, in terms of the award dated 13.08.2022 passed before the Lok Adalat, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stands closed. In the circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to the costs.
