M.A.C.M.A. No. 1922 of 2017
JUDGMENT:
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent No.1 has submitted a copy of email dated 16.11.2022 stating that the matter has already been settled out of the Court with the appellant/ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited, for a sum of Rs.3,50,000/- in addition to the amount already deposited by it. The said fact has not been disputed by the learned Standing Counsel for the appellant.
In the circumstances, the M.A.C.M.A. stands disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived by both the parties. The copy of the email dated 16.11.2022 shall form part of the record. No order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
