ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following relief:
".......to issue any writ, order of direction, more particularly one in nature of Writ Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.1 in issuing the proceedings dated 05.06.2010 vide proceedings No.APERC/SECY.JT.DIR(TARIFFENGC)/No.05, 06, 07, 08 thereby purporting to collect additional fuel surcharge for the months from April, 2008 to March 2009 by raising demands from July, 2010 to June 2011 as being challenged as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional apart from being contrary to Clause 45-B(4) of the Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulation No.2/199 and in contravention of the principles of natural justice"
2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents submitted that the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Sai Bhaskar Iron Ltd., Vs. A.P.Electricity Regulatory Commission, 1 squarely covered in the instant case and this Writ petition is liable to be dismissed.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
3. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
