JUDGMENT:

1. This appeal is directed against judgment and decree dated 29.09.1997 in O.S.No.23 of 1981, on the file of Subordinate Judge, Khammam.

2. Learned counsel for appellant submitted that he has no instructions from the appellant, as such he cannot advance any arguments.

3. The appeal pertains to the year 1998. Hence, I do not find any reason for granting further adjournment and this appeal is liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution.

4. In the result, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
