2. When the matter was listed on 08.11.2022 under the caption "for dismissal", learned counsel for the appellant has not turned up and failed to evince any interest to prosecute the case.
3. Hence, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for non-
prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
