CIVIL MISCELLENOUS SECOND APPEAL No.19 of 2017
JUDGEMENT:
1. The present appeal is filed against the judgment and decree dated 27.06.2017 in M.A.No.382 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant stated that the appellant's request was considered by the respondent Corporation and the appellant has been regularly paying the tax as demanded. According to learned counsel for the appellant, no cause of action survives in this appeal.
3. Recording the above submission, the Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
