JUDGMENT:

Heard learned counsel for the appellants. On instructions it is submitted by the learned counsel that he may be permitted to withdraw the appeal and he made an endorsement on this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal to that effect. Accordingly, while considering the request and also in view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellants, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stands closed. In the circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to the costs.
