JUDGMENT:
As there was no representation for the appellant on 02.06.2015, the matter was directed to be listed on 09.06.2015 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even on 09.06.2015 as there was no representation, the matter was listed today under the same caption. Despite listing the matter under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation for the appellant. It indicates that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal.
2. Therefore, the second appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
3. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
