JUDGMENT:
When the matter was taken up for hearing on 11.11.2022, there was no representation for the appellant in the forenoon as well as in the afternoon, therefore, the matter was ordered to be posted today under the caption "for dismissal".
2. On 14.11.2022, learned counsel for the appellant has filed memo before this Court informing about the death of the appellant and his inability to contact the legal heirs of the appellant family members as they do not reside in the city.
3. As the LRs of the sole appellant are not brought on record, the second appeal is dismissed as abated.
4. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
