             WRIT PETITION No. 41354 of 2022

ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Services-I. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The present writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the case of the petitioners for appointment to the post of Secondary Grade Teachers as per their merit in pursuance to the notification dated 06.12.2008 though they are selected and they are in selection zone in Sanga Reday and Siddipet Districts is as highly illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners for appointment to the post of Secondary Grade Teachers by extending the benefit by passing final orders on the representation dated 31.10.2022, which is pending with 1st respondent and by 2 following the Division bench Judgment of this Honble Court in WP Nos.18683 of 2009, 17340 of 2013 and 25683 of 2015 dated 27.09.2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the short grievance of the petitioners is that respondent No.1 is not considering the representation dated 31.10.2022 and prays this Hon'ble Court to direct the respondent No.1 to consider petitioners representation, dated 31.10.2022.

4. The learned Government Pleader for Services-I submits that if the representation dated 31.10.2022 is still pending consideration, the respondents authorities may be directed to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.1 to dispose of the petitioners representation, dated 31.10.2022 3 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of the order, after giving a fair opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and communicate the same to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous application, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
