       Heard Mr. G.Arun Kumar, learned counsel for the

appellants.


2.     By order dated 09.11.2022 passed in W.P.No.41030

of   2022,       learned       Single      Judge       has   allowed   both

respondents No.1 to 3 (writ petitioners) and appellants

(respondents No.4 to 6 in the writ petition) to participate in the election scheduled on 14.11.2022 to the Taekwondo Federation of India.

3. We find that W.P.No.41030 of 2022 along with W.P.No.36617 of 2022 are fixed to be listed on 23.11.2022.

4. That being the position, we see no good reason to entertain the writ appeal.

5. Writ appeal is accordingly dismissed.

Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
