2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the record.
3. In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for both sides that the subject O.S. was disposed of by the Court below and in view of the same, cause in this appeal does not survive for adjudication.
4. The said submissions are taken on record.
5. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
