AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE PULLA KARTHIK OSA.No.29 of 2014 JUDGMENT:(per Hon'ble Sri Justice T.Vinod Kumar) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the OSA preferred against the order in C.A.No.462 of 2014 in C.P.No.65 of 2012.
Though a Memo dt.09.11.2022 is filed seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the OSA with liberty, this Court is of the view that since the OSA had been preferred against an order of dismissal of the company application for its non-prosecution, no liberty can be granted.
2. The OSA is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
