COMMON JUDGMENT:

1.   Heard Ms. Aarifa Imran Khan, learned counsel for the

appellant and Mr. M. S. N. Prasad, learned counsel for the

respondents.

2.   Application No.172 of 2015 is filed to return the original

release deed document no.1415 of 1967 dated 08.06.1967.

3.    After filing the present application, learned counsel for the

appellant submitted that she filed a memo dated 18.10.2022

stating that they settled their disputes outside the Court. In

pursuance of the said settlement, the respondents have executed

registered release deed dated 26.09.2022. A copy of the same is

filed along with the Memo.

4.    Recording the said submission, the application No.172 of

2015 is dismissed. Registry is directed to return the original

release deed under proper proof and acknowledgement.

5.    Therefore, the City Civil Court Appeal is dismissed as not

pressed. There shall be no order as to costs.

     Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand

closed.
