        Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the
circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed herein, the High
Court may be pleased to quash thee proceedings in CC. No. 68 of 2014 on
the file of VI Special Magistrate, Cyberabad at Miyapur against the petitioner;

CRL.P.MP. NO. 7551 of 2015: Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying
that in the circumstances stated in the petition filed herein, the High Court
may be pleased to grant stay of all further proceedings including the
appearance of the petitioner in CC. No 68 of 2014 on the file of the VI Special
Magistrate, Cyberabad, at Miyapur, pending disposal of Crl.P. No. 7988 of
2014 on the file of the High Court.

       The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the
grounds filed herein, order orders of High court dated 24-07-2014 and 19-06-
2015 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Kodamagundla
Ravi Kumar, Advocate for the petitioner Sri C. Sudhakar, Advocate for
Respondent No.1 (being not present), and of the Public Prosecutor, (TG), for
the Respondent No.2, the Court made the following;

ORDER:

Interim stay granted earlier is extended for two weeks, but for the learned magistrate can proceed with the trial by examining the PW-1 and PW-1 can file additional material before the trial Court.

Post after two weeks, till then pronouncement of judgment shall be stayed.
