This appeal is filed against the judgment and decree dated 16.11.2006 passed in O.S. No.48 of 2002 by the Senior Civil Judge, Khammam.
2. Learned counsel for the appellant present and stated that as per the direction of the trial Court, the entire amount is deposited and therefore the cause in the appeal does not survive for adjudication.
