ORDER
This appeal is filed against the judgment and decree dated 17.01.2005 passed in O.S. No.678 of 1998 by the IV Additional Senior Civil Judge (FTC), Ranga Reddy District.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent present, stated that the matter is settled between the parties under a one time settlement scheme. To that effect, he also filed a memo.
3. Memo is placed on record.
4. Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of in terms of memo. No costs.
