2. The appellant-Smt.Singam Supriya @ Lavanya, is present in person before this Court today. She is identified by Sri E.Rajesh, Advocate (Code: 22870). The appellant produced her Aadhaar card, which establishes her identity. After examination of the I.D proof, it is returned to the appellant. The appellant has orally informed this Court that she does not want to proceed with this appeal and intends to withdraw the same. She also made an endorsement on the E.B. to that effect.
3. In view of these circumstances, this Family Court Appeal is dismissed as not-pressed.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
