ORDER:
This Criminal Appeal is filed by the appellant/complainant against the judgment dated 15.03.2021 in C.C.No.405 of 2019 passed by the Court of I Special Magistrate, Ranga Reddy District at Hastinapuram.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 11.10.2022, none appeared on behalf of the appellant and proof of service of notice on respondent No.1 was not filed. Hence, the matter was posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant.
3. As the appellant is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the matter, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed for default.
4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
