ORDER:
This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner who is appellant/accused aggrieved by the concurrent findings passed against him for the offences under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act vide the judgment dated 20.11.2015 passed in C.C.No.170 of 2015 on the file of the Court of Special Magistrate, Hyderabad which was confirmed by the judgment dated 22.03.2016 passed in Crl.A.No.975 of 2015 on the file of the Special Judge for Economic Offences-cum- VIII Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge at Hyderabad.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 11.10.2022, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner as well as respondent No.1. Hence, the matter was posted under the caption 'for dismissal' to 08.11.2022. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner as well as the respondent No.1.
3. As the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the matter, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for default.
