JUDGMENT:
None appears on behalf of appellants. Perused the proceedings dated 31.10.2022. This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is pending since last one decade and appellants are not evincing any interest. Having regard to the said facts, since for the last two hearings, the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', I do not find any merit to adjourn the matter in the absence of proper representation on behalf of appellants. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for default for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stands closed. In the circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to the costs.
