CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2419 of 2022
ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 is filed by the petitioner/judgment debtor, challenging the docket order, dated 29.07.2022, passed in E.P.No.15 of 2022 in I.A.No.2028 of 2018 in D.O.P.No.90 of 2018, by the Judge, Family Court cum IV Additional District & Sessions Judge, Khammam.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/judgment debtor. Perused the record.
3. The impugned docket order, dated 29.07.2022, reads as follows:
" Decree Holder.present. Judgment Debtor absent. Issue arrest warrant against Judgment Debtor on process. Call on 16.09.2022."
4. Since, the petitioner/judgment debtor was absent, warrant of arrest was issued against him. There is no infirmity in the order under challenge. The Civil Revision Petition is lacking merits and is liable to be dismissed.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
