JUDGMENT:
The second appeal relates to the year,2014 and it is still coming up under the caption "for admission." The matter underwent numerous adjournments and on 28.10.2022, the matter was adjourned on the ground of illness of the learned counsel for the appellant with a condition that no further adjournment will be granted.
On 01.11.2022, there was no representation for the appellant either in the forenoon or in the afternoon. Therefore, this Court was constrained to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal" on 02.11.2022.
Today i.e., 02.11.2022, the learned counsel for the respondents reported that he is ready to argue the matter, however there is no representation for the appellant either in the forenoon or in the afternoon.
Therefore, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default and for non-prosecution. No costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Second Appeal, shall stand closed.
