JUDGMENT:
On 09.11.2021, it was reported that Sri R.Chandrashekar Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant is no more and therefore, notice was issued to the appellant. Again, the matter was listed on 01.11.2022, with the name of the party, in the causelist. Inspite of it, there is no representation for the appellant either in the forenoon or in the afternoon. Therefore, the matter was listed under the caption "for dismissal".
Today i.e., 02.11.2022, inspite of listing the matter under the caption 'for dismissal' none appeared for the appellant either in the forenoon or in the afternoon.
The second appeal relates to the year,2012 and it is still coming up for admission. The appellant has not evinced any interest either to appear in person before the Court or through an advocate to prosecute the matter.
Therefore, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default and for non-prosecution. No costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Second Appeal, shall stand closed.
