submit that the subject matter in this Revision Case is squarely covered by the order of this Court in Super Cassettes Industries Limited, Hyderabad and others v. Commissioner of Commercial Taxes and Others1.
2. Following the said judgment and in terms thereof, this Tax Revision Case is dismissed. No order as to costs.
3. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
