WRIT PETITION No.13733 of 2022
ORDER:
After arguing the matter for some time and in view of the judgment of a Division Bench of this Court in C.R.P.No.2338 of 2018, dated 05.11.2018, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy of appeal under Section 70 of the Telangana Chit Funds and Lotteries Act, 1982. In case, if the petitioner intends to avail the remedy of appeal, he shall approach the appellate authority within a period of two weeks from today and on filing of the said appeal, within time stipulated above, the appellate authority is at liberty to dispose of the same, in accordance with law, without any reference to the delay in filing the appeal
2. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as sought for by the petitioner. The interim order passed in this writ petition shall stand vacated.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
