2. In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the appellant that both parties are living together and the appellant does not want to proceed with this appeal.

4. Under these circumstances, the cause in the appeal does not survive for adjudication.
5. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
