JUDGMENT :
1. Heard the learned counsel for the appellants and Sri. S. Yogesh on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 & 2. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks to submit that assailing the status quo order dated 13-12-2017 in I.A. No. 1733 of 2017 in OS No. 1432 of 2017 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District this civil miscellaneous appeal is filed. He further submits that instead of disposing this civil miscellaneous appeal on merits, a direction may be issued to the learned II Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District for expeditious disposal of I.A. No. 1733 of 2017 wherein only a docket order dated 13-12-2017 was passed granting exparte status quo until further orders.
2. Therefore, having regard to the provision of order 39 rule 3A of CPC, submissions made by counsel for the appellants and also taking into consideration of the submissions made for respondent Nos. 1 & 2 as the said exparte status-quo order was 2 granted long back on 13-12-2017 and as on today IA No. 1733 of 2017 is still pending, learned II Additional District Judge is hereby directed to dispose of I.A. No. 1733 of 2017 within one month from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.
3. Both the parties in the IA No. 1733 of 2017 before the trial court shall co-operate for the expeditious disposal as directed without seeking any adjournments.
4. This disposes the CMA No. 293 of 2018. In the circumstances of the case there shall be no order as to costs.
5. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, in this civil miscellaneous appeal, shall stand closed.
