ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition is filed assailing the orders dated 02.04.2014 in E.P.No.205 of 2010 which was filed for attachments of salary of judgment debtor for recovery of E.P. amount of Rs.45,673/-. As per the case status information, the said Execution Petition was closed on 04.06.2014 itself.
2. Therefore, having regard to the said fact since no cause survives, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. In the circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to the costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stands closed.
