2. A perusal of the online case status of the subject suit in O.S.No.59 of 2012 placed before this Court by the Registry reveals that the subject suit was disposed of on 10.11.2021.
3. Under these circumstances, the cause in the appeal does not survive for adjudication.
4. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
