This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of respondent
No.6-Station House Officer, Alwal Police Station, Hyderabad, in interfering in the civil disputes in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.2.24 guntas in Survey No.573 and Acs.2.16 guntas in Sy.No.574, totally admeasuring Acs.5.00, situated at Old Alwal village, Alwal Municipality, Malkajgiri Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, and threatening to dispossess the petitioner at the behest of respondent Nos.7 and 8 in spite of the judgment and decree dated 31.12.2018 passed by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, in O.S.No.769 of 2010 filed for perpetual injunction.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, and perused the material available on record.

In the written instructions dated 29.12.2022 received by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, it is stated that on receipt of a complaint filed by one Nimma Mohan Reddy (respondent No.8), First Information Report No.878 of 2022 of Alwal Police Station was registered on 22.12.2022 for the offences under Sections 427 and 447 of Indian Penal Code, 1860. The petitioner and others are 2 accused in the said crime. A copy of the said First Information Report is annexed to the written instructions and also a copy of the same is served upon the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. In view of the above, the writ petition is closed as no orders are required to be passed. However, it is made clear that the police, while conducting investigation in First Information Report No.878 of 2022 of Alwal Police Station, Cyberabad, shall not interfere in the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and unofficial respondents in connection with the subject land without following due process of law.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed. No order as to costs.
