2. This appeal is directed against the order dated 23.09.2022 whereby learned Single Judge dismissed W.P.No.36583 of 2022 filed by the appellants.
3. After hearing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the appellants seeks to withdraw the appeal.
4. In view of above, writ appeal is dismissed on withdrawal. No costs.
