ORDER :
This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of respondent No.6-Station House Officer, Nidamanuru Police Station, Nalgonda District, in not considering the request of the petitioner for granting police protection to implement the judgment and decree dated 04.04.2014 in O.S.No.123 of 2013 passed by the Senior Civil Judge at Miryalguda.
2. Based on the written instructions dated 25.11.2022 issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Nidamanuru Police Station, Nalgonda District, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submitted that there are no specific directions from the Court to provide police aid to the petitioner, and the same was informed to the petitioner through notice dated 07.10.2022.
3. It is now reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner that E.P.No.50 of 2022 is filed to execute the decree in O.S.No.123 of 2013 and, therefore, directions be issued to the Executing Court to pass orders in the said E.P within specified time.
4. In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Senior Civil Judge, Miryalguda, to expedite enquiry in E.P.No.50 of 2 2022 in O.S.No.123 of 2013 and dispose of the said E.P within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the judgment-debtor. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this writ petition stand closed.
