CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.183 OF 2014
JUDGMENT:
Heard. Perused the award dated 26.06.2022 passed by the Lok Adalat convened by the High Court Legal Services Committee. As per the terms of award, the appellant/Insurance Company has agreed to withdraw the Appeal whereas the respondents/applicants are permitted to withdraw the entire amount deposited before the Tribunal. Accordingly, in terms of the Lok Adalat Award dated 26.06.2022, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of.
However, in the circumstances of the case, there shall be no orders as to the costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stands closed.
